American Sagen Maddalena wins silver in the women's 50m rifle 3 positions final. Ciara Leone of Switzerland wins gold and Qiongyue Zhang of China wins bronze.

Harrison Williams (10.62), Heath Baldwin(10.91) and Zach Ziemek, (10.60) all of the USA, scored 947, 881 and 952 points respectively in the men's decathlon 100.

Vashti Cunningham of the USA jumped 1.92 to advance the women's high jump finals.

Harrison Williams (7.42),  Zach Ziemek (6.86)Heath Baldwin (7.38) , all of the USA, scored 915, 781 and 905 points respectively in the men's decathlon long jump.

In men's swimming, American Caeleb Dressel (50.83) advanced to the 100 butterfly semifinals.

In women's swimming, Kate Douglass and Alex Walsh, both of the USA, advanced to the 200IM semifinals.

Katie Ledecky and Paige Madden, both of the USA, advanced to the women's 800 freestyle final.

The USA 4 by 100 mixed relay team (swimming) of Regan Smith, Charlie Swanson, Caeleb Dressel and Abbey Weitzeil advanced to the final.

Yared Nuguse, Cole Hocker and Hobbs Kessler, all of the USA, advanced to the men's 1500 semifinals.

American Rudy Winkler advanced to the men's hammer throw finals. 

Sha'carri Richardson, Melissa Jefferson and Twanisha Terry, all of the USA advanced to the women's 100 semifinals.

Americans Harrison Williams  scored 830 points, Zach Ziemek scored 792 points and Heath Baldwin scored 758 points in the men's decathlon shot put.

The USA women's 3 on 3 basketball team beat France 14-13. Dearica Hamby, Cierra Burdick and Hailey van Lith each scored 4 points to lead team USA.

The USA men's beach volleyball team of Miles Evans/Chase Budinger lost to Palblo Herrera Allepuz/Adrian Gavira Collado of Spain, 2-0, 18-21, 11-21.

The USA men's soccer team lost to Morocco 4-0 in the quarterfinals. The USA is eliminated.

The USA mixed archery team wins bronze by beating India 6-2.

The USA (Ian Barrows- Hans Henken) win bronze in men's sailing skiff medal race. Botin/Trittel of Spain wins gold and McKenzie/McHardie of New Zealand wins silver.

The USA women's 3 on 3 basketball team beat Canada 18-17. Rhyne Howard scored 7 points to lead Team USA. 

The USA equestrian team wins silver in 229.90 with 4 penalties. Great Britain wins gold in 237.47 with 2 penalties and France wins bronze in 238.12 with 7 penalties. 

Americans Heath Baldwin scored 963 points, Zach Ziemek and Harrison Williams each scored 767 points in the men's decathlon long jump.

Elise Cranny, Karissa Schweizer and Whittni Morgan, all of the USA, advanced to the women's 5000 finals.

Jasmine Moore, and Keturah Orji, both of the USA, advanced to the women's triple jump final.

The USA women's water polo team beat France 17-5. Maddie Musselman scored 4 goals to lead team USA.

The USA men's 3 on 3 basketball team beat France 21-19. Canyon Barry had 16 points top lead team USA.

American Valarie Allman advanced to the women's discus throw final.

The USA mixed relay team of Vernon Norwood, Shamier Little, Bryce Deadmon and Kaylyn Brown set a new world record (3:07.41) in advancing to the final. 

Juliette Whittaker and Nia Akins, both of the USA, advanced to the women's 800 semifinals. American Allie Wilson will compete in the repechage round.

Ryan Crouser, Payton Otterdahl and Joe Kovacs, all of the USA, advanced to the men's shot put final.

American Regan Smith wins silver (2:04.26) in the women's 200 backstroke. Kaylee McKeown of Australia wins gold in an Olympic record 2:03.73 and Kylie Masse of Canada wins bronze in 2:05.57.

Americans Harrison Williams scored 973 points, Heath Baldwin scored 859 points and Zach Ziemek scored 779 points in the men's decathlon 400.

The USA men's volleyball team beat Japan 3-1, 25-16, 25-18, 18-25, 25-19.

American Grant Fisher wins bronze (26:43.46) in the men's 10000. Joshua Cheptegei of Uganda wins gold in 26:43.14 and Berihu Aregawi of Ethiopia wins silver in 26:43.44.

The USA women's beach volleyball team of Sara Hughes/Kelly Cheng beat Svenja Mueller/Cinja Tillmann of Germany 2-0, 21-18, 21-18.

The USA men's 3 on 3 basketball team beat China 21-17. Canyon Barry had 14 points to lead team USA.
