Day 9





American John-Henry Krueger wins silver in men's Short Track Speed Skating 1000. Samuel Girard of Canada wins gold and Yira Seo of Korea wins bronze. JR Celski of the USA finished 24th.

Nick Goepper of the USA wins silver with a score of 93.60 in men's Freestyle skiing Slopestyle. Oystein Braaten of Norway wins gold with a score of 95.00 and Alex Beaulieu-Marchland of Canada wins bronze with a score of 92.40. American Gus Kenworthy had a broken finger and finished 12th with a score of 35.00.

The USA team Sophie Caldwell, Sadie Bjornsen, Kikkan Randall and Jessica Diggins finished 5th in ladies
Cross County skiing 4 by 5KM relay.

Canada beat the USA 11-3 in women's round robin Curling.

Americans Katie Uhlaender and Kendall Wesenberg finished 13th and 17th respectively in women's Skeleton.

The Olympic Athletes from Russia(OAR) beat the USA 4-0 in men's Ice Hockey - Preliminary Group B.

American Maame Biney finished 6th in ladies Short Track Speed Skating 1500 heats. Biney does not qualify for the semifinals.

Jonathan Lillis of the USA qualifies for the finals in men's Freestyle Skiing Aerials.

Kevin Bickner and Michael Glassder of the USA finished 20th and 46th respectively in men's Ski Jumping- Large Hill Individual.

Japan beat the USA 8-2 in men's round robin Curling.

Ryan Cochran Siegle, Ted Ligety and Tommy Ford, all of the USA, finish 11th, 15th and 20th respectively in Alpine Skiing - Men's Giant Slalom. American Tim Jitloff did not finish.

Day 5



American Shaun white wins gold in men's Halfpipe with a score of 97.75, Ayumu Hirano of Japan wins silver with a score of 95.25 and Scotty James of Australia wins bronze with a score of 92.00. Shaun white was in silver medal position(94.25) entering his final run and put down two 1440's to win gold. Ben Ferguson of the USA was 4th with a score of 90.75, Chase Josey of the USA finished 6th with a score of 88.00 and American Jake Pates finished 8th with a score of 82.25. Shaun White is now a 3 time Olympic gold medalist in Halfpipe(2006, 2010, 2018).

The United States women's Ice Hockey team defeated OAR(Olympic Athletes from Russia) 5-0 in the preliminary round, group A. Goals were scored by Kacey Bellamy, Jocelyne Lamoureux- Davidson(2), Gigi Marvin and Hannah Brant.

Americans Ted Ligety, Bryce Bennett and Jared Goldberg finished in 5th, 17th and 36th place respectively in the men's Alpine Skiing Combined Slalom.

Americans Joey Mantia, Brian Hansen and Shani Davis finished 8th, 15th and 19th respectively in men's 1500 Speed Skating.

John-Henry Krueger of the USA qualified for the quarterfinals in men's 1000 Short Track Speed Skating. American JR Celski did not qualify for the quarterfinals.

The USA men's 5000 Short Track Speed Skating relay team of JR Celski, John-Henry Krueger, Thomas Hong and Aaron Tran qualified for the 'B" finals(3rd or 4th place).

Erin Hamlin and Summer Britcher, both of the USA, finished 6th and 19th respectively in women's singles Luge. Emily Sweeney of the USA had a crash and didn't finish.

Maame Biney of the USA did not qualify for the semifinals of the women's 500 Short Track Speed Skating competition.

Jessica Diggins of the USA finished 6th in the ladies Cross Country Skiing Sprint Classic Final.

The USA beat Korea 11-7 in men's round robin Curling.

The USA Pairs team of Alexa Scimeca Knierim/Chris Knierim finished 14th after the figure skating short program with a score of 65.55.

Day 2



Red Gerard of the USA wins gold in men's Slopestyle with a score of 87.16. Max Parrott of Canada wins silver with a score of 86.00 and Mark McMorris of Canada wins bronze with a score of 85.20.

Chris Mazdzer of the USA is in 4th place after 2 runs of the Luge men's singles. Americans Tucker West and Taylor Morris were in 18th and 23rd places respectively.

Kevin Bickner of the USA finished 18th in the men's Ski Jumping Normal Hill competition.

China beat the USA 6-4 in mixed doubles round robin curling.

The USA beat Norway 10-3 in mixed doubles round robin curling.

Carlijn Schoutens of the USA finished 22nd in women's 3000 speed skating.

American JR Celski did not advance to the finals of the men's 1500 short track speed skating competition. Celski finished last in the semifinals due to penalty. Celski finished 22nd.

Aaron Tran and John Henry Krueger, both of the USA, finished 12th and 19th respectively in the men's 1500 Short Track Speed Skating competition.

Maame Biney of the USA qualified for the quarterfinals of the women's 500 Short Track Speed Skating competition. American Lana Gehring did not qualify for the quarterfinals.

Alex/Maia Shibutani of the USA scored a 75.46 in the team competition in Ice Dance.

Bradie Tennell of the USA scored a 68.94 in the team competition in women's short program.
